Alex Carlin, Foreign Correspondent on Environment for the Center for Media and Democracy (CMD), joins Paul Beckwith in a conversation about Ocean Pasture Restoration (OPR) and COP27. This conversation took place at the recent United Nations COP27 event in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.
