Climate Emergency Forum (CEF) is preparing to attend COP31, the United Nations Climate Change Conference, taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, from November 9–20, 2026. Herb, Paul, Regina, Charles and Heidi are planning to participate, and we’ve launched a GoFundMe campaign to help make our team’s attendance possible. donate
Our goal is to bring the discussions at COP31 to a wider audience through thoughtful conversations, press conferences and video coverage on our YouTube channel. We want to help people understand what is happening at the conference, what is at stake, and how the ideas and commitments discussed there measure up to the urgency of the climate emergency.
COP31 brings together governments, civil society and other participants from around the world to advance international cooperation on climate change. For CEF, it offers an opportunity to engage directly with people working on the climate crisis and share their perspectives with viewers who cannot attend in person. donate
During our time at the conference, we hope to:
We hope to hear a range of perspectives, ask meaningful questions, and help our audience look beyond the headlines. Our focus will be on what participants believe needs to happen—and what it will take to turn commitments into effective action.
We have launched a GoFundMe campaign to support Climate Emergency Forum’s participation at COP31. Your contribution will help us bring these conversations to our audience and make our planned conference coverage possible.
